meal planning

My brother Robbie and I have made a trip to the local green market every Saturday morning somewhat of a ritual and I am experimenting with eating a Pescatarian, local diet. So it makes sense to brainstorm on next week's meals to formulate a plan to shop for this Saturday:
  • Mozzarella & Tomato Caprese
  • Garden Fritatta
  • 3 Mushroom Risotto
  • Vermicelli with Herbs
  • Polenta with Spinach & Pinenuts
  • Parma Fish
  • Crispy Shrimp with Beans
  • Veggie Samosas
  • Fresh Berry Smoothie
  • Tongue-Tingling-Tofu (out of a recent magazine article)
  • Hot-Tuna Sandwich cups
  • Double-Up Zucchini Lasagna
  • Shrimp Stratas
  • Tuna-Vermicelli Salad
  • Egg Salad Sandwiches
  • Pita Scamblers
Just a starting point, but we will see what works out :D ~ <3 Nay
